-El verbo do time significa "pasar tiempo en prisión". Mi propuesta de traducción es una interpretación bastante discutible, pero que pretende encajar con el contexto.

Es un placer contar con su presencia, y será un placer aún mayor compartir mis traducciones experimentales de varias canciones en inglés que me gustan, y cuyas letras, en mi opinión, son merecedoras de una buena traducción al español.

En cada entrada propondré una traducción de una canción. La idea, es recibir comentarios que me permitan mejorar el texto inicial y así obtener una buena aproximación a la traducción exacta al español.

Soy conciente de la magnitud del reto, pero estoy convencido de las grandes posibilidades de trabajo colectivo que ofrece un blog. Además, estoy seguro de que será una actividad divertida, que permitirá intercambiar percepciones y hasta conceptos poéticos.

Entiendo también las limitaciones. Es inevitable que parte del alma de un texto se pierda en el proceso de migrarlo a otro idioma. Pero estoy seguro de que, entre todos, podremos obtener resultados muy buenos.

Entonces, no se diga más. Es tiempo de iniciar esta proyecto. ¡Gracias!
